Taka Makassar Charming Small Sand Island in Labuan Bajo

Taka Makassar comes from two words, namely Taka and Makassar. Taka means shallow, and Makassar is a name that refers to the Bugis people who first discovered the island.

Taka Island Makassar is different from other islands. Taka Makassar is a small sand island located in the middle of the sea which is only the size of a football field and can only be seen when the sea water is low, and if the water is rising then Taka Makassar will be submerged by sea water. Taka Makassar has a shape like the number 9 or even like a crescent moon. This island is very beautiful, clean, and a must visit.
